More Site Changes!!

After 10 years of looking the same, we've finally changed the look of the Fat Badgers site. The old county pages are still available however the new Google mapping system will be more up to date and new pub additions will appear much quicker. Now we've found that we can add our photos of each pub to the mapping system, we've decided this is the way to go although there are still around 400 photos to add! We hope you like the new look!

Amendments

We have amended the Dyfed & Gwent pub pages and added a Google map of the pubs listed - We think we may amend the rest of the site as we think it looks slightly better although we have been drinking.

We're Rubbish!

Yep, it's true. We're understaffed and under paid but that's no excuse for the lack of updates. We have been considering major upgrades to the site but as we have over 400 pages that's a lot of work for Badgers with fat fingers. We have changed the  Gwent  page to try out a new look but we can't decide if we like it or not but if we decide to go for it, it will take some time to go through all the county pages. There has been some background Badgering and we are due to spend some time checking out the inns in Oxford shortly so hopefully we'll find time to update. We will definitely be adding  The Lamb and Flag  though as our God Daughter is the brainiest Badger in Oxford University.
The Pandora Inn, Mylor, Cornwall One of our favourite inns was hit by fire back in March but as this will re-open we have kept it on the Cornwall page as the location is worth a visit on it's own. We haven't yet tried their sister pub The Punchbowl & Ladle but hopefully Zippy Badger can check it out shortly.
What a Day! Fat Badgers Kilo & Reno spent a great couple of days in and around Buckinghamshire, stopping off at one of our favourite inns, the 900 year old Royal Standard of England at Forty Green before going on to Wembley to watch Stoke City thrash Bolton Wanderers 5-0 in the FA Cup Semi Final. We then had a superb welcome and equally good meal at the Swan Inn at Denham
Fat Badgers Kilo & Stakesy along with a couple of other friends, yesterday tried the Pennine Real Ale Trail, stopping off on every station between Leeds & Manchester. Unfortunately we never made the full route as we had too good a time in the pubs we did try.
